Senior Creative Team:
AGRAND’s founder – Aga Grandowicz – is a senior creative with over twenty years of experience in art direction and graphic design.
She holds a master’s degree in graphic design and traditional photography, which she earned with the highest honours from Academy of Fine Arts in Gdansk, Poland. As a brand designer, Aga is particularly interested in working for the cultural sector, and on projects where she can combine her design and illustration skills (see more of her work here).
Des Columb works with AGRAND as a Creative Director and Copywriter.
He is I Say’s founder and has over twenty years’ experience in his field working in London and Dublin. He’s created campaigns in every media – from big ideas on posters, press, radio and TV to targeted sales messages carried digitally and in direct mail. He’s won awards, spoken on stages from Toronto to Kazakhstan and written rather a lot. Everything, in fact, from your run-of-the-mill ads, brochures, scripts and letters to love poems for cats and speeches for CEOs. He hasn’t been bored for a very long time.
Gina McCrudden has a unique and adaptable style that allows her to create punchy content for challenger brands and simplify the messaging for businesses with more complex offerings.
She earned her stripes working in marketing strategy and proposition alongside some of the most talented creative agencies in the UK and Ireland.
She’s a marketing story-teller at heart and loves working with tone of voice to create memorable contact moments that add to a client’s unique personality.
Gina has sat at both sides of the table as client and consultant, so she understands the importance of measuring performance, meeting targets and justifying spend. She’s managed all three successfully, delivering for audiences in Ireland, the UK, New Zealand, the Netherlands, and throughout Asia.
Ger Ryan – a copywriter with a conscience.
Ger wants to challenge the way people think. Although a winner of many accolades, he is prouder of his charity work for Joint Amyloidosis Charity and World Vision than any award he has ever won.
